How do I play?

Guess the hidden five-letter word in six tries. After each guess, purple means the right letter in the right place, orange means the letter is in the word but somewhere else, and grey means it's not in the word.

I bought Otterword Plus but it's gone

Open Settings → Otterword Plus → Restore purchase. Use the same Apple or Google account you bought it with.

How do I get a refund?

Payments go through Apple or Google, so refunds do too. iPhone: reportaproblem.apple.com. Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history.

How do I change ad privacy choices?

In the EU, UK and Switzerland: Settings → Ad privacy choices. Elsewhere, use your phone's settings to reset or limit your advertising ID. Otterword Plus removes all ads.
